Identify the five distinct characteristics of the endocrine systems, the main glands and their functions. Practice techniques on the direct and helper reflexes to work each gland and perform the basic endocrine system protocol.

Simultaneous Bilateral Stimulation (SBS) Technique $100 (4 CE) Instructor: Gaia Tossing, RCR, LMT

Description: This 4 CE bilateral foot reflexology technique enables the reflexologist to stimulate both sides of the brain simultaneously for a swifter balancing effect. Enhance the natural balancing effects of reflexology by learning to link and hold multiple key reflex points of body system reflex areas. Practice a routine to work both feet simultaneously. The technique developed by Gaia Tossing effectively addresses both feet in about half the time of a 45-minute session and yet provides a therapeutic experience for the client.
Prerequisite: 20 hours foundational training in foot reflexology or instructor approval.
